What are the delivery fees and lead-times ?

The cost of delivery depends on which country your parcel is being shipped to. The delivery zones are: Metropolitan France, Corsica, European Union, United States, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Argentina and Morocco. For products in stock at our warehouse, parcels are prepared within 48 working hours. The delivery lead-time varies between 24 and 48 hours.
Free delivery in Metropolitan France (on orders over €100), Zone 2, 3 and 4 on orders over €150.

Is online payment completely secure ?

All the information about your order and payment is sent encrypted by SSL protocol from your computer to our banking partner's electronic payment terminal.
You can check the security system by verifying there is a padlock (secure payment) symbol at the bottom of the page. This means you can pay online with total peace of mind.

How can I track my delivery in real time ?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be informed immediately by e-mail. This message will also inform you of the tracking number, which you can use for tracking your order online. Then all you need to do is click on this link to see where your parcel is in real time.
You can also find this number in your order summary within the "My account" area, which enables you to view your order status.

How long do I have to return an item ?

In case you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return any item purchased on our website within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, and without having to provide a reason, provided the product is in perfect condition.

How do I use my promo code ?

The promotional code must be entered in the relevant field when you place items in your basket and before confirming your order.
The majority of our promotional codes don't last long, which means that once the code is entered, we advise you to quickly confirm your order if you wish to benefit from the promotion.
