Personal data protection
The Customer is informed and agrees that his or personal data may be collected on the Site and used by LDB acting as a controller as defined by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereafter known as the ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ or ‘GDPR’).
LDB is committed to the protection, security and confidentiality of its Customers’ personal data in accordance with the GDPR. All of this data is treated with the utmost care and will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
In particular, Customers’ personal data may be transmitted to different service providers and contractual partners who, as subcontractors within the meaning of the GDPR, are responsible for managing orders and require direct access to customers’ personal data as communicated during the creation and management of their customer account, such as: surname, first name, postal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses. Partners will be able to use this data only with LDB’s agreement.

The response to a request made on the grounds of one or more Data Rights and Freedoms will be addressed within 1 month.

You can access and change the information about your personal details (e-mail and postal address, change of surname, etc.) at any time from the "My account" space and subscribe to/unsubscribe from the Newsletter in the "Newsletter Preferences" space.
Data retention :
Customer and prospect data is stored for 5 years after the end of the relationship.This period begins: at the time of the last order, the last time the customer connects to its account, when an email is sent to the customer service department, if the link in an email sent by LDB is clicked on, if items are placed in the basket but a purchase is not made, or finally if the customer sends a positive response to an email requesting whether they wish to continue to receive sales material at the end of the five years or not.
At the end of this period of time, the customer's or prospect's data will be anonymised.
